Can be flexibly adjusted to the patient’s anatomy
With a large range of heights, angulations, and various end pieces, the obelisc vertebral body replacement impresses with its flexibility for customisation. It is able to bridge a single to multisegmental defect height of up to 132 mm. The teeth on the end pieces facilitate an improved grip in the end plates.
Simple handling
obelisc can be implanted, expanded and secured using just one instrument. The expansion is carried out continuously in situ.

Its single tray of instruments makes obelisc easier to use, resulting in fast learning effects. Its colour-coded end pieces also facilitate convenient, seamless handling.
