Thoracolumbosacral screw-rod system

Complete system
The uCentum system can be used both openly and percutaneously and, in addition to the six types of screws, offers a wide range of lengths in order to fulfill individual requirements. Choose from various diameters measuring between Ø 4.5 mm and Ø 11.5 mm.
Friction head
Except for MIS X-Tab screws, the polyaxial uCentum screws have a screw head whose position remains stable and can only be changed with little force.
Fixed-angle and variable reposition
Looking for an implant that enables a wide range of reposition options for the vertebral body? Ulrich’s pre-fixation uCentum screws make it possible to distract or compress either at fixed or variable angles.
Cement augmentation through the screw
The cannulated screws in Ulrich’s uCentum system (apart from screws with Ø 4.5 mm) all feature perforations that enable cement augmentation through the previously implanted screw.
