ADDplus is a distractable vertebral body replacement with integrated plates that can be used for the surgical reconstruction in partial or complete corpectomies, due to defects or instabilities of the adult human anterior cervical and thoracic spine (C3–T3).

ADDplus can be used for the surgical reconstruction in partial or complete corpectomies, due to defects or instabilities of the adult human anterior cervical and thoracic spine (C3–T3).
The implant is inserted via an ventral approach to bridge the intervertebral space created following a vertebral body resection and supports the anterior spine until fusion of the adjacent vertebral bodies. The fixation to the vertebral bodies is possible by means of screws, with both mono- and bicortical screw fixation.
